This website is intended to offer technical support for students at the University of Tennesse who are trying to access course materials from DMS. Do I need headphones?

Headphones are required to listen to audio materials in all campus labs.

What kind of headphones do I need?

The headphones should have a 1/8" jack (the "Walkman" size). The bookstore at the University Center sells headphones for $3.98-$10.00. You can also purchase headphones off campus.

Which computer labs have headphones?

The Hodges and Glocker labs each have 20 sets of headphones that can be checked out from the lab attendants. The Foreign Language lab in HSS also offers headphones for check out. For all other labs you will need your own headphones.

Which library computers have headphones?

• The Studio in the Hodges Library Media Center, room 245, has ten computers available. You may check out headphones at the Media Center service desk.
• Music Library, 301 Music Building, has ten computers with headphones.

How do I connect my headphones?

Ask the lab attendant if you need assistance connecting your headphones.
